Elysium Auto Group is based in Ontario, Canada. This notice covers the current vehicle-browsing website and inquiries sent using the contact routes it provides. It does not describe a financing service or credit application: neither is offered through this website.

When you browse

The website has no inquiry form, customer database, payment checkout, advertising pixels, embedded social feed, or analytics service. Its own code does not set cookies, save preferences in your browser, or create a visitor profile. Fonts and vehicle images are served with the site, without automatic Google Fonts requests.

The hosting platform necessarily receives connection information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, timestamps, and security logs. These platform functions are distinct from the website itself; this is not a claim that the entire hosting service is cookie-free.

When you contact us

You can email info@elysiumautogroup.ca. Your email address, name, message, and any details you choose to send are received by the business and processed by the email providers involved. The email links open your email application; this website does not submit a form or store your message.

Our Instagram profile is public. Following @elysiumautogroup on Instagram takes you to a separate service. If you send a message there, your profile details, message, contact information you choose to share, and the vehicle you ask about may be visible to Elysium Auto Group and processed by Instagram under its own policies.

Inquiry information should be used to answer your question and arrange the next step you request. Sending a vehicle inquiry is not an opt-in to unrelated marketing. There is no newsletter subscription on this website.

Please do not send payment-card details, banking information, a Social Insurance Number, driver's licence images, or other identity documents through this website, email, or an initial social-media message.

Use, sharing, and retention

Inquiry information is used to respond to your question and arrange the next step you request. It may be retained as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation, with access limited to people who need it for those purposes.

This site has no advertising-data sales or sharing integrations.
